According to the latest survey conducted by the WatchDog.md community, President Maia Sandu is the clear leader in the trust rankings. She is followed in the rankings by former President Igor Dodon and fugitive politician Ilan Shor. Data collection was carried out between February 24 and March 3, with a sample of 1000 people aged 18 and over, with a margin of error of +-3.1 percentage points.
The data shows that Moldovans have the most confidence in the President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, who accumulated 24.4%. Her predecessor, Igor Dodon, is trusted by 16.6% fewer survey respondents. In third place, we find the fugitive deputy, Ilan Șor, who is the favorite of 7.8% of those who answered the survey's direct question.
Following in the rankings are the leader of the Party of Development and Consolidation of Moldova, Ion Chicu, with 2.2%, and the General Mayor of Chisinau, Ion Ceban, with 1.6%.
48.3% of respondents declared that they do not trust any politician.
